Chandini Mohanakumar is NJ HIIT's Operations Manager overseeing the day to day operations at NJ HIIT. She came to NJ HIIT as a personal training client and initially joined the NJ HIIT staff team as Staff support quickly moving up the ranks to Operations Manager through her excellent work ethic and consistent initiative. Chandini is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Level 1 Qualified TRX Suspension Trainer Instructor.
Chandini moved to the United States from India in 2008. Being actively involved in sports since Kindergarden, Chandini became a successful sports athlete representing her school, college, town and State in track and field. She was a professional cricket player for her home state of Kerala, India for 4 years and continues the sport today playing for the New Jersey Women’s Cricket League and Tristate women’s Cricket Team. Some of her athletic achievements include:
2x High School Athlete of the year.
2x Women of the match in Inter-School competitions.
1x High School Senior Athlete of the year.
Coached a Champion High School Cricket team.
Chandini is also educationally successful holding a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Marketing Major, Post-Baccalaureate degree in Psychology, Masters in Business Administration with a Human Resources and Marketing Major and a Masters of Science in Health Care Administration.
Her hobbies include any outdoor sports, tennis, golf, strength training and volunteering
for non- profits. She is currently a foster and senior volunteer at Pitter Patter Puppy House dog rescue.
