Our Kettlebell Workshop is ideal for newcomers to the kettlebell and also those who have been training, but want to refine and perfect their technique. This Workshop provides valuable education for people of all levels who want to optimize their training. This is a technique workshop and training session NOT a "workout".


Techniques Covered in Level 1 include:

  • The Kettlebell Deadlift

  • The Kettlebell Swing (Double & Single Arm)

  • The Kettlebell Front Squat

  • The Kettlebell Press


Additionally you will learn:

  • Kettlebell strength training philosophies

  • Kettlebell training safety

  • “Strength stretching”

  • State-of-the-art breathing techniques for strength, endurance, back safety, and stress reduction.

  • Tension skills for instant strength gains.

  • A proven way to train your abs 300% more intensely than with traditional exercises.

  • Shoulder mechanics used by professionals for maximal strength and resilience.

Non-members- $40


NJ HIIT intentionally restricts the number of participants to ensure a high instructor to student ratio of one StrongFirst Certified instructor for every 12 athletes. Please register on time.
