Looking to get moving again and re-gaining your pre-pregnacy fitness levels again while maintaining safety and structure?   Our new Post-Natal Fitness program may be the perfect fit for you! Led by NJ HIIT Coach and Certified Post-Natal fitness instructor (a mom herself) Chandini Mohanakumar, this structured group based program will help you begin to regain your body's physical balance as much it will help you connect with other new moms going through similar challenges as you!
