The NJ HIIT nutrition coaching program includes 4 parts: COACHING + NUTRITION + LIFESTYLE + HEALTHY HABITS.
One-on-One habit-based nutrition coaching program offered for up to 12 months. You will be coached every step of the way to help you attain your goals, and most importantly, lead you towards a lifestyle of healthier habits.
One monthly IN PERSON meeting to discuss progress and address limiting factors you may have in order to allow further success.
Access to a private Facebook group where you will be provided with tools to support you in this journey such as, but not limited to: live mid-week Q&A sessions, recipes and articles, but most importantly, the experience of others going through the same changes as you are.

SET YOUR HABITS
Every 2 weeks you will receive a new habit, something you are asked to practice every day in order to develop a particular nutrition and/or lifestyle skill.
DAILY HABIT CHECKS
Every day you will be asked to self-assess and record whether or not you practiced your habit.
DAILY LESSONS AND ASSIGNMENTS
You will receive daily lessons and assignments to support the development of your habit.
REGULAR PROGRESS CHECKS
Every week or two you will be asked to provide your body weight, girths, photos, and other indicators of progress, including subjective ones. This will allow coaching you and make any suggestions necessary.
