Our time slots can accommodate no more than 12 candidates. Registration will close once dates are full. If you cannot make the dates above, training also can be accommodated by request given facility availability for $250. We will do our best to accommodate requested group training dates prior to your test date.

The NJ HIIT PPT prep course was created by Jose Soto, the founder and owner of NJ HIIT in order to give firefighter candidates a physical conditioning advantage when taking the PPT. Jose is a career firefighter with the Millburn Fire Department and has assisted at the Morris County Public Service Academy as a physical fitness instructor. He has trained fire recruits in physical fitness and para-military drill and ceremony. Jose is also a U.S. Marine Corps Iraq war veteran with over 20 years of physical fitness experience in both civilian and military careers.
ALL Candidates will be required to sign a Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire and Liability Waiver before physical participation at NJ HIIT with no exceptions.
